Matt and his team undertook several jobs over the winter for us which included a problem with an ongoing leak from a drain on our top terrace causing internal damage, he undertook electrical work including making safe exposed electrical wires replacing sockets and switches as well as installing new outdoor lights. In addition he project managed fitting of aluminium windows for our large 4 bed Villa. Matt was recommended to us and we can vouch for his attention to detail on all jobs undertaken as well as his persistence in correcting problems. He left our Villa clean and tidy as we were away during work undertaken. He communicated well and gave us regular updates by FaceTime to UK sending photos throughout works. Matt is a really nice guy to work with and he undertook works to our preferred schedule. We found that he quickly responded to any requests for works required including same day emergency repair following storm damage. We would happily recommend Matt to anyone looking for property works to be undertaken.

We had problems with our air conditioning. Matt came the same day we got in touch, and by the afternoon of the next day the unit had been moved, was working and the holes in the wall repaired and repainted. Everything was cleaned and tidied after the work was finished. Would recommend Matt and his team v highly.

Matt responded to my plea for an urgent water pipe repair on the outside of our 3 storey building. I have been waiting to have this job done for some time through no fault of our own and Matt has investigated and repaired in less than 12 hours (most of these we were asleep.)
